Being a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), COBIT 5 Certified Assessor and an ISO 31000:2018 certified implementor, he is actively taking part in audits, risk assessments & has organized the IT functions to better support business unit goals. He has handled numerous ERP & CRM implementation projects for various industries across Middle East. Vimal is also well-equipped in handling latest technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI) and other innovative digital business solutions.
