Jairaj is having more than 20 years of diversified expertise in implementing Information Technology and specialized skill implementation of all modules of ERP like Finance, Sales & Distribution, WMS Warehouse Management Systems and Production planning modules alongside handling Project Management across various industry sectors. His specializations involve developing plans & schedules, resource allocations as per budgets, manpower deployment and team meetings for individual projects and test-driven development. Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project. Interacting with customer as well as team for requirement gathering, risk assessment, finalization of technical specifications.

He leads the ERP team of HLB HAMT and has worked with clients across a wide spectrum of industries comprising Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, Hospitality, Financial Services, Real Estate and Facilities Management and Warehouse Management. He works closely with the Board of Project Managers of client organizations to ensure that project implementation is made effective and impactful.
